Organizers have arranged for apx. 5,000 parking spaces on the Pennington property and at the BREC park across Kenilworth. Baton Rouge City Police will be directing traffic for the event. East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff's deputies will be assisting balloon pilots across the parish. Motorists who are approaching the event from the north should plan to enter parking areas of the site off Perkins Road, organizers said. Those motorists coming from the south can use Kenilworth Parkway to enter a parking lot.
